Please stop closing threads that are good,

some of the topics you close are worth replying to.

It is the job of a moderator to close threads that have nothing to do with the topic of the forum or that are filled with destructive criticism directed at the starter of the thread. Recently you have closed alot of threads that you think are "stupid" even though some of them have not even been replied to.

Please stop this unopen/restricting behavior.

The forum is used to express opinions that anyone might have, it is not you right to close them if you don't agree with them.

As far as I can tell Lost hardly gets into any discussions anymore anyways.

You know what, people are telling me two different things. The majority of you say that I don't close enough of the stupid threads and then every once in a while I get a thread like this.

First of all, don't post a private thread to me or anyone else. That's why we have e-mail addresses.

Second of all, fine... From now on if there's a doubt in my mind about whether or not to close a thread I'll hold a poll. But, I'm not going to hold it open long. If I suggest closing a thread the first person to tell me to close it gets it closed.

If you have a problem with this system, come up with a better one.
