People say Jesus was the best person ever to live, but why did he get X-cetuted?

One minute he's render unto Ceasar, the next he's whining about a court decision he didn't like. Jesus's exact crime isn't specified, but Lex Talonis says that the punishment must fit the crime, and it must have been pretty danm bad to get nailed to a tree.

Jesus's other crimes include vandalism, fraud, theft, extortion, and violation of labour laws. Also he never paid taxes, and he maintained a private army(one of his "G's" attacked a roman soldier!

If he didn't know he was evil, then why did he say "One of you are going to betray me!". He was a total gansta'.

"Which of the two do you want me to release to you? They said 'Barabbas!' Pilate said to them, 'What then shall I do with Jesus who is called the Christ?' They all said to him, 'Crucify him!' Then the governor said, 'Why? What crime has he commited?' Matthew 27:21-23

Jesus's other crimes include vandalism, fraud, theft, extortion, and violation of labour laws.

Where did you come up with that?

Also he never paid taxes

"Tell us therefore, what do you think? Is it lawful to pay taxes to Ceasar or not?' But Jesus percieved their wickedness and said, 'Why do you test Me, you hypocrites? Show me the tax money.' So they brought Him a denarius. And He said to them, 'Whose image is this and whose inscription?' They said to Him, 'Ceasar's.' And He said to them, 'Give to Ceasar's what is Ceasar's and give to God what is God's.' -Matthew 22: 17-21

: Matthew 17:22-27

22 As they were gathering in Galilee, Jesus said to them, "The Son of man is to be delivered into the hands of men, 23 and they will kill him, and he will be raised on the third day." And they were greatly distressed. 24 When they came to Caper'na-um, the collectors of the half-shekel tax went up to Peter and said, "Does not your teacher pay the tax?" 25 He said, "Yes." And when he came home, Jesus spoke to him first, saying, "What do you think, Simon? From whom do kings of the earth take toll or tribute? From their sons or from others?" 26 And when he said, "From others," Jesus said to him, "Then the sons are free. 27 However, not to give offense to them, go to the sea and cast a hook, and take the first fish that comes up, and when you open its mouth you will find a shekel; take that and give it to them for me and for yourself."

If he didn't know he was evil, then why did he say "One of you are going to betray me!". He was a total gansta'.

"Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree: That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith" (Galatians 3:13-14).

Everything that was done to Jesus was by His own accord.

But if you want to know the official charge of Jesus, look what they wrote about Him in their own text:

"They hanged Yeshu on the Sabbath of the Passover. But for forty days before that a herald went in front of him (crying), "Yeshu is to be stoned because he practiced sorcery and seduced Israel and lead them away from God. Anyone who can provide evidence on his behalf should come forward to defend him." When, however, nothing favorable about him was found, he was hanged on the Sabbath of the Passover.

Ulla commented: "Do you think that he belongs among those for whom redeeming evidence is sought? Rather, he was a seducer [of whom] the All-merciful has said: 'Show them no pity... and do not shield them.' (Deut 13:8 In Yeshu's case, however, an exception was made because he was close to those who held authority." -Sanhedrin 43a-

^^^ Wow. You didn't need to include so much bible. Anyway, Jesus was convicted, and executed, and that makes him a criminal in my books. Go worship your ex-con.

Is Yeshu Jesus? If so it seems a mighty fair conviction to me.

As for his crimes, the incident at the temple when he wantonly attacked the vendors shows that he is guilty of vandalism and common assault. When Peter or Paul attacked the Roman, I think that counts as incitment to violence. The way he spoke of all those who opposed him, that is incitment to hate. Finally, his comments on the betrayal, indicate conspiracy, and conspiracy to prevent the course of justice. Judas was no craven, he was a noble whistleblower calling time on the abuses perpetrated by his boss. Remember, the Bible only tells one side of the story.

One more thing. If everything happened in accordance with Jesus's will, then why did he say "forgive them for they don't know what they're at" when he was nailed up.

Whiny little bitch knew his time was up.

SPQR bitch!

And when your time is up, what will you do? Perhaps you will weep and gnash your teeth.... It will be too little, too late by then. But, yes, go and mock the Living God. He already has you in derision.

Why are you so stupid? You haven't known anyone to be wrongly persecuted, do you know what it feels like? You have no compassion, but see you're not mean. You're not at all a hardass, so the only other conclusion one could make is that you're a complete fucking idiot.

Jesus wasn't persecuted, he was prosecuted.

There was nothing to refute because a question was not asked. And your torture is your sin.... That's the whole point.
