Agreed. This guy sounds like he's tripping on something major.

quote:More people can now confirm what is happening by tuning into their Higher Self /Soul/I Am Presence during meditation. This “going within” process has been practiced on Earth well before religions and philosophical groups formed. People can assist by visualising Light energies in the form of unconditional love anchoring onto and within the planet. Love conquers all! It produces peace, healing, harmony, and oneness.

Practiced before religious and philisophical groups formed? Give me some proof of that. And visualising light energies as love? wtf is that?

It's called New Ageism. Not that it is exactly a new idea per se. It's been around since ancient Egypt. It is a combination of mysticism and astrology and a few other things.

They are preaching a new world order by 2012. In other words the age of the aquarius. A cosmic shift will change the orientation of mankind basically changing all that we know or understand about geopolitics and other worldly views.

It's ironic that if you study the concepts and goals of the UN you'll see matching views. If you study political correctness as a whole you will see matching views. If you read the book or Revelation you will see even more matching views but, the story isn't what you might expect.

God has established that we are divided by languages and borders. It is in His word. Whoever tries to undo this is an enemy to God. Globalism is anti-Christian. Time will prove it true.

Globalism is a load of crap. Sure we should get along, but the UN is a bunch of pussies, afraid they might make someone mad.

I have absolutely no doubt that with a selective reading of the Bible a case could be made that glohalisation (or any other damn thing) is pro-Christian. The sooner Christians realise that the Bible is just a book, the sooner they will live in freedom.

The whole basis of Christianity is that the Bible isn't just a book. Selective reading of the Bible can give you almost anything you want to get out of it. You could make worship of the devil look pro-Christian. You can take selective reading of anything and make it look like whatever you want it to.

The difference is I don't use my selective reading of random books as proof for anything.

How is the Bible anything other than a book written by men?

Did God write it? Did Jesus write it? Does it contain all the gospels? Is it even free of self-contradictions... can truth contradict truth? The answer to all these questions is unambiguously no.

Should we take it literally? Guess.
