Where exactly does the Bible say that heaven is a place for all God's creatures? And while there are many different viewpoints on this, I would have to say that no, because if someone is going to kill you then they arn't christian, and because i am, when i die im going to heaven. If i killed him to defend myself then he would go to hell (but i would do everything to defend myself short of killing him).
