1. In both stories a woman is responsible for the suffering in the world.

2. In both stories the desire for knowledge is punished.

3. In both stories the mortals were warned not to do the thing that caused the suffering. (eat the forbidden fruit/open the box)

4. In both stories the item was unguarded

Have I missed any?

5. In neither story do the men beat the shit out of the women, as far as I remember.

True: many of the Greek, Norse, Wiccan, Pagan, and other related cultures "evil" religions have similarities with the christain stories. This is not a coincidence, many of the Christian holidays also come from these " Evil" religions...

btw..In both stories a woman is responsible for the suffering in the world.

funny, lol...true, but humerouse
