So since there is heaven and hell apparently... where do all the living creatures go after they die? Or is heaven and hell only for humans?

first thing's first: Humans are animals. If this link insists on humans inheriting the earth maybe we shouldn't fuck it up by slaughtering all of its creatures and baking it in a CO2 catalysed solar oven. Heaven and Hell are for creatures with souls.
Animals are mentioned during the description of Heaven, but we have no reason to believe that they are the souls of the animals that perished here on earth.
