Why didnt Jesus discuss the dinosaurs? Was it because he didnt know they exsisted?
and I beleive its just a tool to control a society like all other religions. I think Christianity was invented by a king to control his nation. And the same with islam and judaisim, I mean they were all created in that one little area. Other kings probally caught on to the others ideas and created their own religions, to keep their people from stealing ect.. Wasnt it a king that edited the protestant version of the bible? Isnt the queen iof England the head of the church of England?
What happened to past religions? Why were they invented? and how? Like greek gods. How long do you give christianity before it fades away?

Well Jesus claimed to be god. AKA the son of god. one in the same.
Yet theres no mention of them in the bible. Because he didnt know about them.
There are dinsosaurs mentioned in the bible. There is an animal called the behenmoth described in Job which sounds like a dinosaur and there are references to leviathans (sp?) in the psalms. Please dont make statements when you havent checked up on the facts.

I'm going to assume you are serious about these questions and give a response.

I'm assuming you are talking about the time Jesus was here on earth in His approx. 3 year ministry.
Firstly, not every single thing Jesus taught or said was captured in scripture. Therefore, He could have spoke about it but just like now, the authors of the bible probably considered it irrelevant to the greater mission of the Christ Jesus.

This is a popular view only because of the effects it does have on a population. The government I'm sure will take advantage of the pacifying effects of relgious doctrine. However, Chrisianity has endured many differnt kinds of governments. Even beyond those who were against Christianity.

How profoundly correct you are. The kingdom of God is truly God's nation as it is "the body of believers" that God governs by His laws. This is how we know those that are His. It is those who follow His laws.

A history lesson is required here. God existed long before Judaisim, Christianity and Islam. These "religions" are all considered different "covenents" between God and mankind.
"Before Abraham was I" Jesus told us. As it is the 12 tribes of Israel that spawned through the generations beyond God's covenent with Abraham. Which was that through Abraham's bloodline the Messiah would arrive. Beyond Abraham was Noah and Adam who also had agreements with God.
Upon the arrival of the Messiah Jesus did the New Testament era begin. Islam was born some 400plus years afterwards. (though the bible was sealed some still believe that they can add to it and evoke the very last curse given to us in the final words of the book of Revelation.)

It is true that man often thinks of himself as a god.
quote:

Not really. King James had the original Hebrew and Greek text translated to English. By saying edited implies he changed it. Even in the contradictions of human hand, the heart and spirit of the message remains the same today.

Isnt the queen iof England the head of the church of England?
YOu got me there, I would have to Google it if I actually cared.

THey were false and went away with the one who made them up.

So far, the storyline has been with us for well over 4000 years. Christianity has only been about 2000 years of that history. It has endured many nations and governments. Unlike the "Greek" gods the one true God continues to perservere beyond man's fables. As it is the God of Christianity that dispelled the Greek myths by showing Himself through the hearts of man.

The Christian God is just an assumption which happens to wrong.
Too bad.
The real God would be a fucking dude, hence why religion is wrong.
