Why would you hate someone enough to put their phone number instead of yours?
What have they done, that has pissed you off so much that you can't get over?
The only praying you should be doing is hoping, the FBI don't trace your IP Address as they have already called the number and know its a fake. Hope you were smart enough to write that message from a public computer.
