Haven't read the book, but I could point out more than one thousand factual inaccuracies in the movie.

I don't see why this belongs here. Even Dan Brown concedes that his works are fiction (although I know some very, very intelligent people who refuse to accept this, which is very depressing).

I was - for one - severely disappointed by The DaVinci Code. I was expecting it to be really educational and insightfull, but all it did was say exactly what millions of people have already believed for centuries. The concept that Jesus married Mary Magdalene and had children is not a new one. In fact, it what the entire purpose of the royal family of Britian is based off of. So, big fucking news. And I think we all already knew that the church lies about all kinds of things and covers all kinds of shit up. That's not news either.

I give The DaVinci Code two thumbs down.

Now I'm moving this to Printed Matter.
