Okay so my friend claims to be a wiccan and be able to create wirlpools in a cup of water by using a spell. I say hes full of shit because wiccans dont cast spells like that. What is your opinion?

Wiccans dont use spells that have instant results, such as whirlpools in cups. He probably just found out about wicca and that they use magick. thier spells are over time spells that bring money, luck, love, and the like.
