The easiest way to dispel and protect against a hex is not to believe in the hex or its power.

The curse notion didn't occur to me until months after I was "afflicted" with it.

I don't want to go into specifics about what is bothering me. just looking for resources to learn more. I also know there's a variety of religions and cultures that levy curses, and how this might complicate my search.

Although I'm not sure if you've actually been "cursed" I'll answer anyway.

Whoever has cyursed you ,How do you know? Have they left clues ,Told you?

In anycase , you can easily make up your own ritual ,but heres one thats fairly easy :

Lay a circle of salt

Put candles outside ,no real patterne needed, but if you wanna use one ,Go ahead.

waiting till dark may make you feel better.

have some kind of bowl.

Also ,seeing as I doubt you want to cut yourself ,or kill an animal, bring a plant into the circle with you.

Right , Get into the circle ,have enough room to sit without going over the boundaries, light all the candles. Sit there for a while maybe chanting lightly , anything really. make sure the plant is alive ,fill the bowl with something that will burn. Set it alight and put the flower in.

Finally blow out all the candles around you and wait till the flames go out.

Chanting may help If you like ,meditation may help.... But basically you're forcing yourself not to believe it ,anything would do. You could fart on a hens head and it'd still have the same effect....

Well ,I've talked bullshit for a while.

have Fun!

Thats almost like going to the doctor and saying "I'm Ill, but I can't tell you what hurts, just give me a script for something"

Unless he/she is posessed by a Jinn.

May I ask what sort of hex you think it is? You're life is either really shitty, or it's something physical you should go to a doctor about.

No such thing as hexes.

old medical textbooks from the 14'00s say that huffing raid is the best remedy for removing a curse. there have been proven uses of this method.

In some African and Arab countries it is believed that demons or evil spirits, which they call Jinn, can posess a person and take control of their body, making them do wacky things.

This was a belief prior to Islam occuring in many parts of the world.

According to the Qur'an

There is a ban between communication of Jinns and Humans the only person able to communicate with them was Sulaiman. Posession is a quick and easy way to negate personal responsibility for actions but the Qur'an makes it clear no one can force you to do anything, not a Person, not a Jinn, not Shaitan, not anyone or anything, all the responsibility for your actions is on you. So basically nobody can posess anyone, and nobody has excuses.

Rather than evil spirits or demons, Jinn in the Qur'an appear as electricity type beings (Smokeless Fire) and can move incredibly fast.

Yes, these things that you think are caused by a "hex" and probably things that would normally happen anyway. And you believing that it was caused by a curse or what ever is the curse
