i've got gay friends, some of the best friends i've ever known and when i hear this crap i just want to find the bigots that wrote it and toss them out a moving car into oncoming buses

how can people just ACCEPT that without even getting to know a person

Actually, there is a high tendency in gay men (about 1 in 3) that are ephebophiliacs. Ephebophilia is sexual attraction to adolescents, meaning...gay men find teenage boys attractive. Not a huge problem, as alot of straight guys find teenage girls attractive, but there is a point one realizes they are too old to fuck teens, and appearantly some gay guys never reach this realization.

And you have valid research to back that up?

Unfortunately a number of "family" hate groups like to use crap studies and statistics to pretend being gay is dangerous.

Sadly from reading some of that thread catholics seem to be in denial and think getting rid of homosexuals in their church is the right answer. Just another version of ignoring the problem so they can pretend they have higher morality while kids continue to be molested.

My favourite quote from that thread is:

"Ministry work is no place for two practicing lesbians. It is a bad example for the church and for the youth of that church to see that and to have people like that in leadership. You may think that they are good people, but noone living in sin like that is a good person."

So homosexuals can't be good people? Fucking arsewipe.

The sad thing is, based on sin and forgiveness, priests that molested hundreds of children but who are now seeking forgiveness and change (after being caught) are considered 'better people' than a gay couple minding their own business.

Of course alot more straight guys have sex with kids than gay ones, there are 25 times as many straight guys as gay guys. But, first, you have to look at the ratios in each individual group. It's whenever there is a radical accusation that "most gays like to molest children" there's a radical response like "gays never molest anyone". I'm just saying that, while not a majority, many adult gay guys fancy teen boys. If you want proof, hang out with gay guys. My best friend is gay, and I've hung out with him and his gay friends plenty of times, enough to tell that alot of gay guys like anything with wash-board abs and boner, regardless of age.

I didn't grow up with alot of people who were openly gay, but I did with straight people and I can tell you right now, I can't count how many times an adult guy would make comments about my body as well as other girls regardless of their age, also there was a couple of them that didn't seem to care about the law, as they would physically try to nail as many as they could again without the first thought about the girls age.

I'm pointing out that this kind of behavior isn't limited to any one sexual orintation. It does however seemed to be more hyped up when it comes to the gay side of things.

And there are alot of hetrosexual guys who never realize they are to old to fuck teenage girls(the dateline sting stories show this clearly) but it is a statistical fact that percentage wise homosexual men who molest children are much lower than hetrosexual men. Besides the thing most people dont understand about child molestation is that the act of rape, the sexual act committed, is rarely the main focus generally it has more to do with the power these people have over children and other complex psycological factors. And after reading that ubberchristian board it would seem that these christians would rather let children languish in a foster home or state run orphanage than allow them to find some happiness with a gay couple. Why isnt that ever brought up when they discuss the topic of gay addoption? Wouldn't it make more sence to just ask those children who are old enough to decide if they would like to go live in a home with gay parents? Then after a few years when society sees that growing up in a gay household doesnt make you any more fucked up than growing up in a straight household perhaps they will finally allow gay couples to adopt some of these kids.

I think its quite obvious that people who molest little boys obvisouly have some homosexual tendencies to go along with thier perversion. thats just plain common sense to me and I dont know how you could arguge opposing to that.

It's only common sense if you don't know what you are talking about.

Many people who have a serious pedophile illness are specifically attracted to the pre-pubesent look and find mature people (girls and boys) generally unattractive. Their mature sex lives can be either hetero or homo sexual.

Personally i would say it made 'a person' was more likely to molest because they have already broken the social barriers in their mind.
