No, theologically they are two seperate gods. 'Allah' is said to mean the (al) god (ilah) al-ilah=allah but that may not neccessarily be true.

Christians beleive Jesus is god, and is part of a trinity which is God. Jews and muslims do not beleive this. The description of god in the quran differs to christianity and judaism, the description of god in the new testament differs to judaism and islam, etc.

Theologically, Allah, Jehovah/Jesus, and Yahweh are three different gods.
