Say baby jesus got kidnapped for whatever reason all those years ago, would there be divine intervention? Would it simply not happen because god would intervene before it happened, being omniscient?

Well, the day someone manages to abduct the child form of a guy who has been dead for over a thousand years, then sure, God will hop right to it.
