Judaism is the religion participated in by those who are Jewish. It is the predecessor to Islam and Christianity, and is one of the earliest religions to contain a single omnipotent and omniscient god. It is also the first Abrahamic religion. The Old Testament of the Bible is a translated collection of (somewhat edited, I would assume) texts from the Jewish holy texts, such as the Talmud.
Many Israelis are Jewish, as the nation was established following great pressure by the Jewish community following World War 2 so that Jews worldwide would have a Zion, which was effectively destroyed and scattered several times over throughout history.
The title of a Jewish 'priest' or 'holy man' is a Rabbi, of which there have been many throughout history. Kabbalah is highly occult mysticism that emerged from ancient Judaism, and some Rabbis are written as having performed great feats with Kabbalistic power- such as animating automatons as servants, but this is generally just myth.
If you actually care enough to learn about it properly, I'd sugest: http://tinyurl.com/8zlj2

basically its pretty much similar to christianity and islam.
you beleive in god. god will be happy. he wont pull some wrath on you or whatnot.
to show this to god, you gotta be a good person, and you show how devoted you are (example: circumcision, no pork, etc)
throw in some celebrations, rituals, take out the concept of jesus, the holy trinity and you go judaism.
their holy book is the old testament (Torah?) only i think.
the whole religion started off with a guy called abraham, and jews worship in synagogues.

This is useless information by someone who doesn't know what he's talking about.
The old testament is taken mostly from the talmud? LOL

And this is pretty much useless as well.
Judaism is not 'christianity minus jesus' and it is not like islam and christianity.
Just go to jewfaq or jew101 or whatever it is.
