Last night I had some crazy dreams. Lucid type if you wanna call it that. Well my old vice principal from elementary school was in it. Now the last time I saw him was about 8 years ago I'd say. Me and him had quite a close relationship. He was a huge guy and I was the asshole trouble maker. You could hear him scream my name from the other end of the school. I think he took it as a challenge to get me to stop ignoring rules and shit. Probly because I was an asshole and broke every rule possible yet was smarter then majority of people.

He died about 3-4 years ago from cancer. In my dream I was with him and we were laughing and having a good time. I very clearly remember him laughing is ass off about something I said, and him responding "thats all I needed, thanks"

Then my dream changed for a bit and I woke up shocked since I remembered it so clearly.

My initial thought is what if he was communicating and interacting with me through my dream from the afterlife.

But a couple minutes later I remembered that the thought of the afterlife has been layed out through these crazy fucked up religions that make no sense. I've never believed in the afterlife. It simply doesnt fit with what we can observe. I tend to remind myself that I'm just an animal with higher brain function when ever I start thinking about far out there things.

I can now see how somebody would instantly turn to an organized religion when something wierd happens.

But the fact is just because I had an experience about the afterlife, does not make bullshit stores like noah's ark and genesis right.

I wonder if similer experiences are what people mean when they say. "I'm christian because of things I've learned and experienced in life that prove it to be true"

I like your reaction. That's a neat story, but it doesn't even come close to proving the existance of the supernatural, let alone God.

But who knows. http://www.totse.com/bbs/smile.gif (http://www.totse.com/bbs/smile.gif)
