Explain the Chimpanzee...

Explain what, exactly? Is the existence of chimps somehow supposed to disprove God?

Chimps exist because of evolution. Somewhere along the evolutionary timeline their genes became sufficient enough to prevent natural extinction. This doesn't prove or disprove God, so I'm not sure where you're going with all of this...

It's not supposed to, I just created this thread to highlight the stupidity of the thread where those who do not believe in god are asked to explain the bumble bee.

As you said the existence of animal does nothing to prove or disprove the existence of god.

Edit. Oh and why Chimpanzee? because anything that reminds them of evolution makes fundies nervous. That and because Chimpanzee rhymes with bumble bee.

In the future, if you care to criticize a thread, post your criticism in the offending thread itself. Don't start another thread for the purpose.
