It's well-known that the religions of Islam, Judaism and Christainity are based on the belief that there is only one God. I was wondering, are there any other monotheistic religions?

Sihkism is monotheistic, I do believe.
There was one in Egypt for a generation. It was created by the so-called "Heretic Pharaoh", Amenhotep IV, or Ankhenaten. He worshipped an obscure sun deity named "Aten". Ankhenaten denied the existence of the rest of the gods, claiming that Aten was the only true god and that He could only be reached through the Pharaoh. The religion crumbled after his death for a number of reasons. 1) Ankhenaten placed alot of importance on his own immortality, so his death did much to discredit his god. 2) His son, often known as King Tut, destroyed Aten's places of worship and reinstated the old gods.
Interesting note: King Tut's original name was Tutenkaten. After he became Pharaoh, the "aten" was removed from his name and replaced with "amun", the name of one of the old gods, to become "Tutenkamun".

This was definatley one of the more interesting episodes in Egyptian history.
