Are most of the bible stories taken from this...I think so.

Both of them draw from Middle Eastern mythology. The bible doesn't come directly from the Epic of Gilgamesh. There were many myths floating around in those days, and both texts were influenced heavily by them.

Zoroastrianism as well

Those are just silly myths from ignorant primitive heathens. The words of the bible, on the other hand, are god's divine message to us unworhty humans, so that we might escape from the ooglybooglies and live forever with big daddy in the grand ol' hooha.

Many stories of the bible tend to be the culmination of a myriad of stories brought together by the semitic herders of some 4-6,000 years ago. This is why you end up with inconsistencies in some stories, such as Noah's Ark.
