Say I have a cell phone number, a carrier name, and the city it's registered in, and I need a name and address to go with it. There's gotta be a free source for that information. Alot of services charge you for it, but I need something I can use all the time, for free. I'm not looking to track, or trace the phone, and I don't have access to the phone (obviously). I've tried the Google approach, and it isn't listed anywhere online. Ideas?

Considering that cell phones aren't published the same way landlines are, you won't likely find a legal free service for identifying one. Your best bet is to call the carrier and social engineer (in other words, con) them into giving you the information.

Might not help -- the cell could be a prepaid like I carry, and thus they don't bother checking ID. (I can put any name I want, and any address I want, on my phone).
