I am fully aware that there are many similarities between the two religions but with the conflicts in Israel and Palestine,aside, its simple i just want to know what the Jewish faith actually thinks of the Islamic faith, and if they are accepted by each other and recognised as sharing the same birth roots despite being two major seperate religions.

I'll give you an answer but please dont disregard it because it is true!

No, they dont like each other! ill give two reasons thats historical and one religous

H-1. Muhamed when he took over new places he gave them three choices of religions that the people could convert to(hated pagans) they could either turn Muslim, Christian, or Jew! he loved monothiesm and loved the other two religions!(many people are unaware of that) it wasnt till after he died did this change! when he passed the one of the new leaders had a vendetta against the Jews, hated them and thats when it all changed and the war between Islam and Judaism started!

2. they will not like each other now because the have been at war ever since ^^^ that! it would be to hard to forget!

R-1. In the bible it says for the rest of time the Muslims(followers of Ishmail) backs would be against the world!

So there you go the 3 reasons why they hate each other and will never get along!
