Through observation, I can know that there is no such thing as God. Simply put, there isn't a single example of any supernatural being manipulating anything, and the universe has it's own natural systems that do all the Jobs that God supposedly does. There is no room for God. The natural systems are not a will of any kind, they have no objective, no conscience, and don't allow for any kind of miracle. The natural systems are simply a defined function that is unchanging, and only exist in the abstracts of our minds and not as physical or a spirit. The only thing that comes close to God as much of the world thinks, is simply the energy that forms the universe and the limitations it posesses.
Really, I'm quite certain that ancient cultures considered these limitations as the will of a God, and slowly overtime studies how things worked. Understanding these systems, they realized that humanity could be given a system to model a society around that would bring peace and solidarity to their people. They found out quickly however that it wasn't so easy to pinpoint such model, as society had to be slowly changed, and flaws in such a model could come about through prejudice and other interfering ideas. Christianity and Islam are the final steps in this religious progression, designed to end themselves. The wise men of long ago knew that one day the world would have to make the final step and remove the religous dogma altogether, and to fascilitate it, they added in the sections for an end times. We are approaching this time now, when all religions will come to a hault and a new age of wisdom, thinking, and dynamic values and ideals will revolutionize the human race.
The old beliefs of a controlling God will be put aside, and humanity will assume the controls of justice, peace, and the direction of our civilization. So enjoy the last days of your reign Christians, Mulsims, etc... because your sway over the world is nearing it's finality and you'll be rendered helpless to spread your one-sided ideals.
