Y'know, he's a Christian.

And he started the invasion of Iraq to bring peace to that area and liberate the people, and said how he wont withdraw troops until there is peace.

In the book of Genesis, after Eve eats the apple, God gets mighty pissed off, and says something along the lines of ''where the Tigris and Euphrates meet there shall never be peace''.

Which is where Iraq is located.

As the Christian that GW Bush claims to be, shouldn't he know he is going against his God's will?

Just a hunch. Whatever.

Please don't pick out verses from the Bible and take them literally.

Just cause you can't understand Him doesn't mean he can't.

Oh yeah, it was never about oil, it was always about control over you making you think it was about oil.

They actually even tried to limit your creativity, not just your thought with that one.

Not really, in revelations it says near the end there will be peace there! kinda shitty that in an area where we have tried to make peacefull for centurys it never happens till the end! But if your a Christian (evangelical) then you believe the end is near so who cares!

Bush is going according to his own will and claiming that God told him all this shit. He is a traitor and a liar.

I personaly think the man is unfit to run a boy-scout troop, let alone the country.

I would really like to know how anyone can go against the will of an omnipotent being.

God has no preference regarding our behavior, save that it reflect our best and highest conceptions of self. The Shrub obviously thinks he is doing the right thing, despite all the evidence to the contrary, so in a sense, yes, he IS doing God's will.

As are the terrorists.

Yes, Bush is most definitely going against his will. And no, he's not a Christian. He makes fun of them in private.

The man who was the head of his faith-based intiative programs wrote a big book and appeared on the Daily Show. He said none of the people in the Bush administration really gave a fuck about the Christians, they were just being used. They didn't even get their funds.

Yep... but they really don't care (Christian leaders), this shit all comes down to appearances. The masses need controlling and religion has proven itself time and time again.
