what was it that got you interested in radiocommunications?

I think for me it started when i was really young, the fact that i could stick this metal thing in the air and talk to other people who have metal things in the air aswell :D

to put it how i did when i was younger.

Being able to keep informed (listening to Police, Fire, etc) and listening to far-off HF stations. Good times.
