What happens when the public gets it's minds around the idea that the whole universe gives off many millions of different wavelengths of energy?

Think using it would be outlawed to keep the utilities in bussiness?

no they will be the one to push for this to get the patents but the utilites companies wont die out.

I wonder what sort of havoc that would cause for us interference wise. The guys on 30M are going to be pissed :)
