well i have decided to bring this thread back becuse we have lots of new people here now, (well to me anyways). here is the orignal thread http://www.totse.com/community/showthread.php?t=1846821
and part 2 http://www.totse.com/community/showthread.php?t=1847178

well whats the weirdest thing you've heard on the radio.

recently i have heard the same crowd of 10/12 year olds having CB sex on Ch 6 (the most used channel in my area). its funny hearing them get interupted by the normal crowd in our round table conversation as they try to act all tough and thug. we just mostly move to another Ch and try not to anger them and in about 20 mins they have found us and take right over again.

i was with my dad once (truck driver, CB) and we listened to two guys yap on and on about how they were gonna party that weekend and how to cook fish.

my dad's a logging truck driver and CB's are essential on their roads because each kilometer you report your location (IE "15 northbound", northbound, regaurdless of actualy compass direction, means you're heading up unloaded), and we missed quite a few location reports of trucks because of these two assholes, so my dad had me hit the squelch button on em.

I get that from time to time, usually at night and in times when propagation is good. I get some kind of radio thats in Thai or Vietnamese (really unsure of what though, but it IS Asian). Not sure if it's pirate though, might just be lots of prop.
