Since many outspoken atheist scholars are writing books lambasting religion, including The God Delusion (a best-seller), I was wondering why they only target the behaviour of radical Christians and Muslims? Sites like www.gisburne.com only ridicule Islam and Xianity on those sites; although I agree with their arguments I find it unusual that they don't target certain Talmudic verses, or videos of militant Hindus. Why is this?

I see you haven't actually read The God Delusion. Or God is not Great, Breaking the Spell: Religion as a Natural Phenomenon, etc. They don't target radical Christians and Muslims and the topic is far from what your preconceived notions have lead you to believe.

The hypothesis of The God Delusion is that the hypothesis "there is an all powerful diety (or deities) who created the universe and may or may not have the power to manipulate the universe as they see fit" is too unlikely to be considered a scientifically acceptable premesis. In his book he treats all religions as the same result of human tendancies, but the documentry that he made to go along with it only focus's on the mainstream monotheistic religions for the sake of time. Dawkins really only has enough time to bring up his main points against Christianity, Islam and Judaism because the detailed analysis he does in the book would make the movie far too long to be comercially successful.
