View Full Version : Aliens fucked with us in the past?
The first thing which I would like to point out, is that I do not personally believe in any of the following theories; personally, I believe the past to be as mysterious and as full of as many 'paths' as the future. Because of this, I do believe in the possibility of such things I am about attempt to discuss.
That out of the way, there have been many things discovered which seem to indicate humans have had interaction with intelligent alien races thousands of years ago.
Such encounters would explain many of the mysterious things written in numerous religious texts around the world. They would explain mysterious, selective advancements in comparatively 'primitive' societies.
They would help to explain the existence of now-radioactively weak deserts of glass in the middle east. Or the 'atomic wars' and 'flying machines' described in texts like the Mahabharata.
I would like to hear the opinions of other people. Especially, of course, those interested in extra-terrestrial explanations of parts of religion and myths and those with reasons why such beliefs should be considered crap.
Heres some informative videos on this subject.

I think there is something to these theories; what this something is my reason does not know.

I think it's bullshit and unlikely.
However it would explain why god did so much in the OT but so little since then.
The aliens completed their experiment, concluded we're a bunch of gullible fuckheads, packed up their shit and went the fuck home.

Considering how much we know, I think anything is possible.
But considering how little we know, I think nothing can be certain.

Because there's no evidence?

Read the Book of Ezekiel.

Read the Book of Ezekiel.
But the subject matter of Ezekiel is entirely open to interpretation - hallucination, fabrication, physical reality - but if so, what physical reality; angels, aliens or something else?
Ezekiel 'proves' nothing, as modern interpretation of bizarre or unusual descriptions in ancient texts can lead us to conclude whatever our imaginations please. IIRC, there's a mention of "leviathans" somewhere in the OT. Carcharodon megalodon circa 2000 BC anyone?
Because there's no evidence?
None that you know of anyways. And no, I'm not trying to imply that would mean aliens did anything to us, ever.

It's a bit funny that there are people who will reject the bible (the word of God which has existed for thousands of years, make countless accurate predictions, and provides good advice on many issues) but believe whatever crackpot makes a 2 hour video to describe his laughable theory.

I think the Bible is shit, nothing more than a fairy tale. I do belive in Jesus, but he was nothing more than a man MANY years ago that lived in a fantasy world and ran his mouth about his theories, about God and the afterlife and brought on the wide-spread belief that if you don't live your life in fear of making bad decisions, you will pay greatly in "Hell" for eternity. Hah how can anyone belive that story, with so many loopholes and dead ends it clearly CREATES way more questions than it answers. But I think most of us here agree somewhat with what I said.
As for aliens, I toatally belive. When most of us think of aliens we think of little green men with huge black eyes and flying sausers. Believing in aliens doesn't have to mean anything like that, it simply means you don't think we are the only life forms in the entire solar system. I find it hard to belive we are the only civilization in the solar system when there's millions of stars out there with potential to have planets circling around them, just like our sun (a star). And if all it takes is a steady climate like our planet has, then you just have to find a planet orbiting a star that is about equidistant as Earth is from the sun.
May sound farfetched or hard to believe, but to actually belive in the story of the Bible is just narrow minded and easily satisfied. I've had debates with pastors and shit when I was younger, and the hard questions were always answered with "you just have to believe". Haha how about I use that excuse on my theories when they disagree or get deep into question about things.

I find it rather likely that within the timespan of earth's existence some exterior force would be aware of our presence, so there may be some reasoning behind the theory.
And yes, the bible is a fairy tale - but it's a gud un'.

read the book of urantia, explains aliens, religion, angels, EVERYTHING!!!
really, its suppost to be written by aliens, and was found in the 1950s by some doctors, and you know it wasnt written by humans, just because the nature of it and it's weird, and it has translation problems, which you can tell they're just fuck ups, and if the doctor guy made it up, he surely wouldnt of had so many weird lines about in it.
just read it, it's enlightening anyways and a nice story, but confusing i must admit.

I was reading The Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life by Drunvalo Melchizedek and it goes into fairly great detail about the whole thing. If wanted I'll do some copy pasta or I can send the .pdf through email.

It would be a nice addition to this thread.
