This is purely hypothetical....but....

Let's say I have these annoying neighbors. Suppose I wanted to make an FM transmitter so I can spy on them and give them blackmail. How would I go about doing this? What is the easiest way to do it, and can I get ALL of the stuff needed at RadioShack? If you could, please include instructions on how to assemble it. I read some text files on FM transmitters, and the diagrams are all ASCII-based, very hard to read. Try to include pics with instructions if you can. Thanks a lot.

I searched through a shit load of search engines, google being my first choice, and the only results I got were pages that sell FM transmitter kits. I just want to learn how to make one with cheap materials. I read the TOTSE articles but they are not explained very well, and the ASCII diagrams are hard to follow.
