It sure gets quiet in here... So I'll ask a question.

Anybody here on the 10m ham band? Never been on it before, but I picked up a RS HTX-10, connected it to a CB antenna that I cut down to work on 10m, and nada. It's been quiet every time I've checked the band. I'm in the midwest United States.

I guess we are at the low period for solar activity so hopefully things will pick up.
