Dear Jack, Some time ago you said that the local Jehovah's witnesses are forbidden to talk to you, because of things you know about the early days of their church. Ever since then (it was quite a while back) I've been wondering what those things might be.
Things came to a head this morning when I was awakened by a pair of JWs. In the past I've always had my fun with them. I've answered the door in various states of undress. I've made blatant sexual advances. I've offered to read their pamphlet if they read a treatise on evolution that I have on my computer (they turned me down...). I figure I might as well see if I can get a reasonable debate out of them next time.
I'd like to win said debate, so I'm starting to read up on their doctrine. For some reason though, I think the information you alluded to might be a little more effective than anything I'd get out of wikipedia etc. Plus, I really am curious about it.
