I'm a Tigers fan. But unfortunately, their performance after the All-Star break dropped and now just recently they've seen their playoff chances drop too. So now I'm forced to look at other team stats and come up with a reasonable pick for winner of the 2007 World Series.

And my pick goes to the Boston Red Sox. Great lineup with Ortiz and Manny. Awesome pitching by Beckett, Matsuzaka, Schilling and a solid bullpen.

So, totse, what are your picks?

My favorite team is the Red Sox so i'm predicting them and they've a damn good chance. However... I'd love to see the Indians win it. Actually I'll shit myself silly if they sweep the Yanks... t'would be the greatest day ever. Fuck you Yankees!

If it wasn't for those damn bugs in game 2, Chamberlain wouldn't have choked allowing Sizemore to score the tying run. But I do have to admit that Carmona's stuff was filthy in that game.

I hate the Indians and the Yankees equally, but if I had to root for somebody in this series, I'll root for the Yanks.

It seems my predictions are holding up.:D

As for the Rockies, I wonder how their performance is going to be after having eight strait days off leading up to the World Series? That didn't work out too good for the Tigers last year.

Either way, it should be a good series to watch.

World Series sucked, but even as a Yankees fan, I'd still rather see Boston win than the Rockies.
