Unless I wanna drop $100 for leafs tickets at the ACC (which I don't) I ain't going to see them there. So I'm thinking to get tickets to a game in another city and watch them there. Getting there is no problem, Sister works for Air Canada so planes are ass cheap.

http://preview.tinyurl.com/be5tz I was thinking maybe Chicago or St. Louis. I wanna take into account all things for the city. Ticket Prices and availability, city moral towards hockey team (don't wanna get jumped), city cost (Taxi, hotel if i get one, etc.), team skill (of course I wanna win).

Any suggestions will help. Thanks

Do the thing that most Leaf fans do:

-Travel to Buffalo and watch them there. Tickets are cheap, both dollars are at parity (so better for you Canadians), less travelling, and if you decide to stay in New York State, travel southward and visit NYC.

I was thinking that but then 1) I'd watch the leafs get slaughtered and ridiculed out of the stadium and 2) Tickets are harder to get to leafs games there and 3) Tickets are generally the same.

You have to think I can travel around N.A for about $30 no matter where. So I'm looking for the cheapest stadium around.

Really? I thought the ticket prices were cheaper in Buffalo. And our team did win in Buffalo a few times last year (that's good enough considering they suck against NE opponents).

The next cheapest arena I can think of is the new Prudential Center in New Jersey. Cheapest ones are about 20 bucks I think.
