so the bible is compiled of a variety of books written by certain people at certain times throughout history. the chatholic church compiled the books into one collection, i.e. the bible, and by doing so left out some. what made these books not worthy to be in the bible, the so called word of God. if all parts of the bible are supposidly writen by God through men and not supposta be changed, then why were certain books left out? doesnt that seem kinda hypocritical?

another thing, how can someone say that they know their religion without reading all the parts of the bible. i wouldnt read only some chapters of a book and say that i read the whole book and call myself an expert. so i dont see how someone can only read parts of the bible and call themselves an expert.

i'm just tired of peole saying that they are a believer and devote themselves to something that they dont know the whole truth about.

Everyone here is. People are fools, myself included.

Some just think their less foolish then others.

ya, i want to read the books that were left out. only because i think that it would enlighten me a little. it could fill in some of the gaps. that and because i dont really believe all these religions. religions are made by man to try and make the world work out as they feel necessary.

Would be interesting.

that and because i dont really believe all these religions.

Religion is all lies.

However, I still believe in God.

religions are made by man to try and make the world work out as they feel necessary.

Understanding is what we strive for. We have such a big head and are born with nothing in it, we struggle to know what is and is not. Always in vain.

i feel there is something out there. but i dont think that it is the most important thing. and i think man is on earth to make the most out of the life he has. nothing more.

but i dont think that it is the most important thing.

That would be lots of experience, happiness and love, IMO.
