there is seriously no real truth to this. no matter what, everyone will live and create their own perceptions and views.. Everything around us influences these views, as we and only WE control our lives. Religion is what EVER YOU WANT it to be. Maybe there is something out there, maybe there isnt.. its up to you whether you believe it.

I personally am a catholic, i believe that there is a God. I believe this as i found that if i dont believe in God and live with him in my life, basically when i die and i find he is there, ill be fuckin pissed, and might miss out on a hell of alot.. where as if i believe in him, i dont really have much to lose, and if he's real, then YEEHAA, maybe ill get re-incarnated.. hmm..

Well what if Islam is true? What if hinduism is true? What if any other religion is true?

What your saying is if you put your faith in catholic beliefs and its right you go to heaven, but if its wrong you don't lose anything so why take the chance?

Well what if you spend your life devoted to the christain god, but when you die you find out another religion was the right one, your going to hell than (unless of course there is no hell)

Basically what this comes down to is that the only reason this comes up is because of the belief in hell or not. I mean when you look at it this way if there is no hell, it doesnt really matter what you believe. So you pretty much have to assume that there is such a thing.

Personally I don't think god goes damning people to hell just for the sole reason they don't believe in him. I mean not to bash your beliefs, but its hard to believe (for me) that you could fuckin do ANYTHING you want as long as you have jesus in your life, and if you live a really decent life but don't have jesus you automatically go to hell.

If there are gods and they are just, then they will not care how devout you have been, but will welcome you based on the virtues you have lived by.

If there are gods, but unjust, then you should not want to worship them.

If there are no gods, then you will be gone, but will have lived a noble life that will live on in the memories of your loved ones.
