'sup RFA?

I work with a few EF Johnson 5300 radios and a pair of Micom II's on a daily basis, and the standard handheld microphone gets annoying after a few hours a day of using it. My question to you all is, does such a headset exist that will interface with the RJ45-looking microphone connectors on the new(er) radios floating around these days? I haven't ever seen one and my searches have been fruitless.

Does anyone know the official name of these connectors? If I can get a little more info whipping up a converter will be a cakewalk, providing its not a digital signal.
