so who makes an accurate .22 bolt action for under 300$
I think salvage arms makes one, but I forget which it is.
Christmas is comming up and I want to give my dad an idea of the type of the right type of gun i'd like to get. Long distance shooting interests me. But accuracy is what i'm looking for. Thats one reason of why I want to get bolt action. Along with the reliability ect...

I figure .22's wont shoot as far as Remington 700's but they're a lot cheaper and so is the ammunition
is theyre two types of .22 casings that contain different ammount of powders? like a magnum size 22 if they make em
