Clemens, Pettitte, and Pujols were named in the Mitchell report. I know Clemens' name came up in previous years but Pettitte and Pujols really surprised me. Haha you know ESPN is going crazy right now over them.

Oh Pujols hasn't been directly connected to steriods he was just mentioned in the report.

I was gonna say, I just read through the report (albeit more of an "skim" than a "read"...fuck 400+ pages...) and I didn't recall seeing pujos's name linked to any evidence against him.



Also, I heard from word of mouth that Varitek was in there, but I didn't see his name. I used the "search" option on his name, but nothing came up. Anyone able to confirm this? (page # please?)

It's because both of these guys are not on the list, just you basic, everyday careless reporting of the facts by the media.
