i made this channel a while back as sort of an extension of the forum. just a place for some of us to get together online. it was a good channel for a while, but it hasn't seen too many regular users for quite some time.

this thread is just my attempt to bring some of the old people back to #anime and maybe get some new ones.

so please join us. if you're new to irc, x-chat (http://www.xchat.org/windows/archive) is a good client to use. just download the newest free version available. it's fairly easy to operate, very customizable, and has lots of shortcuts so you can skip typing shitloads of commands. just log on to slashnet and type "/join #anime" as soon as you're connected.

once you're there, we can help you out with irc functions if ya need em.
