OK...Shamefully enough I forgot my login credentials to the server (it wasn't meant to work so I set it up as a temp acc)...I made a new one, and I fixed the IP problem now.

Cosmetic update just went live...Just to let you know...I'm learning all this as I do it...So there are 525 lines of code that could probably be shortened (and the PHP guestbook code wasn't by me of course ;) )
