In Alaska, the last Native speaker of Eyak died recently.
Right now, there are about twenty Native languges still extant, with the number of speakers ranging from 5 to10,000.
By native, do you mean inuit, or native including all the other aboriginals?
How much do they differ anyway?

The figure includes Inuits, Aleuts, Tlingits, and various Alaskan Indians. I don't know a lot about them, but there is a story in bbc news--in fact, I'll post a link in a minute.

Languages die out at the rate of about 1 a fortnight.
Sad but true.
