i've always enjoyed steampunk. hell, my all-time favorite pc game is arcanum: of steamworks and magick obscura.

...anyway, i'd like to see more anime with that sort of theme. steamboy is a rly good example, and full metal alchemist is also a good one. i don't know many anime series or movies that have that sort of theme though.

anybody know any good steampunk type anime or anything along those lines? i've heard of a few here and there, but i was hoping that some of you more hardcore anime addicts might know of some i haven't seen yet.

You should watch Last Exile. In addition to being steampunk, it is also one of the best animated shows I've ever seen.
