Bakker is one of the most well-known and respected paleontologist in the modern era. He helped propose the case that dinosaurs were warm-blooded and has degrees from both Harvard and Yale. He even wrote a book about the hypothetical life of a female Utahraptor (Raptor Red).
Ken Miller is a microbiologist at Brown university. He testified strongly against intelligent design in the Kitzmiller v. Dover Area School District case. In 2006, the American Society for Cell Biology gave him a Public Service Award.
If you are a Far-Right Christian reading this, you'll likely assume the two men above are hell-bound, godless nihilists, on par with infidels like Dawkins. Even though I am an atheist-agnostic, I find this stereotype of accredited scientists to be completely ludicrous. Miller is in fact, a devout Catholic who wrote a book defending theistic evolution(Finding Darwin's God). Bakker is one step further, he's a Pentecostal Minister!. The last three popes have promoted acceptance of evolutionary biology. In fact, of all religious groups, Christianity has the largest percentage of evolutionists. I want Christians to respond to this in particular
