It's a pain in the ass, I'm in my 5th and final year (my final year was supposed to be my 6th year but I've worked extra cause I NEED to get the hell out of there) and I'm still having issues at the beginning of the year.
Their system won't let me self enrol because they haven't kept their paperwork up to date is the problem this year.
Looking at semester two some genius makes their workshop 4 days long and clashing with other units workshop dates...why the fuck would you do that?
Christ it's supposed to be an advanced education institute and they can't get these simple things under control.
I feel as if I should have 'putting up with the enrolment process' on my academic transcript.
So who else loses hair over stuff like this?

Fuck yes. I almost didn't get to come back after the fall of my freshman year because some dumb fuck in the registrar's office said that I didn't register, so I lost all of my scholarships and financial aid and had to pull $1,600 out of my ass.
I'm still trying to get credit for 3 classes that I took LAST spring.
My registration process is easy as hell (it's all online), but the advisers suck. Luckily, I know exactly what classes I need to graduate, so I've been able to stay on track. However, a lot of my friends have been getting screwed over because their advisers lied or didn't know what they were talking about and now have to stay an extra semester to fufill credits. That, or the class isn't being offered (that was almost my case and it took 3 e-mails and 2 appointments to get it sorted out) so they have to replace it with something else... but they don't notified ANYONE about it.
I can't wait to get the fuck out, either. I already have a job lined up and the only motivation I have for getting ANY work done is so I can finally graduate. Next semester I'm only taking two classes, because any extra work is a waste of time and money.

Mine wasn't too bad. Enrollment is mostly simple and all online. They sent me enough reminder letters to mulch a small garden with. despite that, I was only one day off from having to pay a nasty fine.
And any timetable clashes I've had so far are minor - tutorials can be skipped. (I know people who aren't so lucky) It's all rather fortunate really - one fuck up and I could lose my scholarship just like eggs; or if I suddenly found I didn't have enough points, my chance to do a honors year as I'm the last year they'll be offering them.
But that was a mostly simple there. For the first time, I applied to a quota restricted subject (It has no exam AND it's relevant. :) ) I was told i would be notified by email if i got in. I never got the email.
But it appeared on my transcript.
Then I got a flood reminder emails telling me to try for round two, along with the url for the site that monitors the status of my application - but it wont load.
So I'm confused - and still waiting for a reply to the email i sent, informing them of my confusion.
