I'm looking into going into a trade school but am not sure yet. What do you do in trade schools? For example, criminal justice. What would I be doing in school with that? Is it the same as like a uni, sitting there taking notes and taking exams?

Trade schools are the same as any other school, but there is a focus on application. Rather than learning theory and taking notes on concepts, they're attempting to teach you how to do a particular job.

I went to a trade school for my Precision Tooling & Machining degree and I remember the first semester, I worked in a lab with machines and it was based just like a real company the way everything is setup. Glad i'm out of there and making some real money now!
