* I wasn't sure where to put this, so move it if you want.
Okay Totse, so I dropped out of HS at the end of my senior year and decided to take my GED. My score indicates that I should be above the top 1% of graduating seniors, but on my HS transcript I just made it into the top 50%. SAT and College Placement tests indicate the same as the GED (SAT actually indicates top 2%, but it's w/e). My question is: should I give the college my HS transcript, or should I just give them my GED score. I'm going to be applying to 4-year colleges.
Also, If I took AP Classes and did well on my exams, do I need my HS transcript to achieve college credit for the courses? Would having high AP scores affect my chances of getting accepted, even if I did drop out?
