Fantastic entertainment, id love to go watch it sometime.

I was just about to start an F1 thread...
Two weeks until Australia, can't wait. I'm a Lewis fan as well, hope he keeps kicking ass.
Regarding tickets, they are not too expensive, at least in the States. I went to the USGP in Indianapolis last summer, the general admission ticket cost 60 bucks, and that got you in for all 3 days of the race weekend. It is so much better in person, the sound of the cars is fucking incredible. If only they would come back to Indy...
And hey, we had Scott Speed driving last year, granted he wasn't all that good. But there are more open wheel drivers going to NASCAR (Montoya, Franchitti) so the quality of driving in America isn't that bad.
But if you get the chance, go to a race, it's awesome.

F1 is sooooo boring to watch on the TV!
and the drivers get wayyyyyy to much electronic aids, and stuff, the odlen days of villulnerve, pironi and lauda were sooooo much better. I just wish i had been around back then to watch them race!!

It's not that boring, at least in my eyes. And they have done away with most of the electronic aids, no more traction or launch control and no engine braking, so now it's a lot more in the driver's hands.

hmm, i did not know about that, well only about the launch control.
however, compared to the 80's there is still a lot of help given to the drivers compared to back then!
in my opinion, the WTC and FIA GT series are the best out there, then obviously Le mans and the nurburgring 24 hours as well. Even tho there is relativly little action in those, they are still great to watch!
