I actually didn't see this coming, I expected him to play another season. As a Vikings fan, Favre has given me a lot of headaches throughout the years. However, I have all the respect in the world for him. He always had a certain likeablility to him, and he is one of the best competitors sports have ever seen

Thank you! It means a lot to us Packer fans. I think my whole state right now is in mourning, and watching Favrecenter on ESPN all day doesnt help.

We'll still win the NFC North though :D

You won't be grinning when Adrian Peterson tracks you down and kills you for saying that

Personally I think Ryan Grant will rush more yards then AP. But I'm heavily biased.

Chester Taylor > Grant

Vikings are stacked with running backs, they don't even need a good quarterback.

I saw this this morning on MSN news and damn near cried. I've been a Packers fan since before their last superbowl win, yes back in 96. Watching him play through everything, always keeping the Packs with a winning record, the iron man, because he ate so many painkillers, but thats another story.

I think it's great that his last play was an interception to lose a playoff game. A good summary of his career.

That might be the most bullshit, drug-addled record this side of Barry's 73.

Um Brett Favre was a legend, you can't concentrate on that one interception.

"His records include: most career NFL interceptions thrown (288)" Probably won't ever be broken. It's too bad they don't keep stats on game-killing int's.

He's been a QB in the NFL for 17 years, of course he has the most interceptions, because he's the one to throw the ball the most in the NFL. Thats why he has the record for most passing attempts and completions.

He never mentioned Reggie White. Even if he did, it's called a team. One person can't take credit for everything.

And quit typing like a little girl.

You call yourself a Vikings fan? You're just a faggot ass Packers fan who's too ashamed to admit it. A real Vikings fan wouldn't say 1 positive thing about that doucebag. Good riddance, I say

No, I'm a realist, and I was more than happy to watch him give us games by throwing game destroying interceptions

That might be the most bullshit, drug-addled record this side of Barry's 73.

He used to take vicodin before, during, and after games. At one point, a fellow teammate witnessed him trying to swallow a couple before a game, but he just spit them back out, like his body was rejecting it. The teammate then suggested Favre get help.

Get your facts straight motherfucker. He had a painkiller problem.
