What am I getting myself into? I think it will be a great experience. Have any of you been RAs? Tips?

shit i was going to apply to do that...save some money, you know, get free room and a monthly stipend. kinda regret that i didn't...though i've heard from some people that it's more work than it's worth. but my current RA doesn't seem to have to do shit. it looks good on a resume.

do you go to a real rowdy school though? i imagine that makes a big difference.

Well it varies from year to year. The first few weeks were hell though. Tons of fights.
