Mark your calenders, on Wednesday a brand new season of the ultimate fighter will air on spike. I missed most of the last season unfortunately but from what I've seen this is the only 'reality' show worth watching.

hehe, yeah for a bunch of up and coming mma fighters they sure do CRY a lot. And I don't mean complaining cry, I mean mother fucking tears, even though there is plenty of both. Still, it's more fun to grow 'attached' to them, and have a reason to root for one over another in the fight.

I normally do that but I'm going to watch the whole thing this time purely because of Rampage. He's fucking hilarious.
